Bagel Affairs is a retail experience design studio based between Barcelona and A Coruña. We design and build interactive installations for physical spaces — working across design, technology, image, light, and sound to make retail less meh. From interactive fitting rooms and shop windows to generative environments, we take projects from first sketch to installed reality: concept, engineering, fabrication, and everything in between. We create retail moments, installations, digital systems, and experiences that live inside, outside, and sometimes somewhere between spaces. Our team is made up of designers, technologists, creatives, control freaks, and curious people who care about how environments shape and influence behaviour, interaction, emotion, and memory. A lot of our work starts by observing human behaviour and how the digital world has come to exist around it. The small habits people barely notice until they become part of the experience itself. A Bagel mindset is one that sees creativity as a muscle, technology as a tool, and humans at the centre.
